Before you plan their stay
What does my dog need before boarding?
Dogs must meet our vaccine, health, and behavior requirements before a stay. Review the full checklist and contact us if you have questions. See daycare and boarding requirements
What will my dog do during the day?
Boarding guests get outdoor bathroom breaks, fresh air, and time with our team. Dogs approved for group play can join daycare; other guests follow an individual play-and-rest routine.
Where will my dog sleep?
Each guest sleeps in a private suite or homestyle crate with fresh bedding. Climate control, sound machines, and soft night lighting help make the room comfortable.
How do you help dogs feel comfortable?
Our team takes time to learn each dog’s routine and needs. The facility has secure fencing, round-the-clock camera monitoring, and HVAC designed to support air quality.
Will I get updates?
Yes. We send regular text and photo updates during your dog’s stay, and you can text us if you’d like to check in.
Can my dog bring items from home?
Yes. Familiar bedding and approved hard chew bones are welcome when they meet these guidelines.
Items you may bring
- Dog beds: Must fit comfortably inside the suite or crate and be in good condition, with no rips, tears, holes, loose seams, or exposed stuffing.
- Blankets: Must be clean and odor-free, with no rips, tears, fraying, or loose stitching.
- Hard chew bones: Nylabones, Benebones, and similar hard chew bones are allowed. They must be appropriate for your dog’s size, with no sharp edges or excessive wear.
Please leave these at home
- Damaged beds or blankets, including anything with exposed stuffing or loose seams.
- Dog toys. Toys are not allowed in suites or crates.
- Rawhide and high-risk chews, including bones, antlers, hooves, and pig ears.
What is the cancellation policy?
Boarding reservations canceled within 7 days of the scheduled stay are non-refundable. Please review your dates before booking and contact us as soon as plans change.
What happens with boarding during holidays?
Boarding care continues for dogs already staying with us. The lobby is closed to the public on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Confirm drop-off and pickup arrangements with our team; holiday surcharges may apply.
Can I tour before booking?
Absolutely. Call or text first so we can arrange a time around the dogs in our care.
Do you board cats?
Yes, we offer cat boarding. Call or text us to ask about accommodations and availability.
