First visit?
We’ll make it easy.

A little preparation makes the first day smoother for everyone. Create a Paw Partner profile, share your dog’s vaccine records, and tell us what helps them feel comfortable. We’ll take it from there together.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few first-visit questions

Can intact dogs attend?

We consider intact dogs case by case. Dogs in heat cannot attend daycare or boarding.

Do I need to schedule a tour?

Tours are welcome but should be arranged ahead of time so we can plan around staffing and the pets in our care.

How do I reserve?

Create a Paw Partner profile to request services. You can also call or text our team for help.

What are your lobby hours?

Monday through Friday, 7 am–noon and 2–6:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7–10 am. Weekend boarding drop-offs can be scheduled separately. Confirm arrangements when you reserve.
